Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated (in EU), without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Mundi Wunderkammer via email to the
email cameradellemeraviglie@yahoo.com.
The return of the goods must however take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and in a normal state of conservation.
The only costs due, for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, are the direct costs of returning the goods.
Mundi Wunderkammer will refund the entire amount you paid within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the returned goods.

In case of loss or damage, a verification will be carried out by the designated courier, who once verified the damage, will refund the total amount of the order.
The cost of shipping will be calculated relative to the destination to be reached, the specific weight of the object or objects included in the shipment and the total value of the order placed.
